Let e^sec^2x be y.

Then,

Log y= sec^2x     dwrt both side

1/y. dy/dx= 2secx.secx.tanx

dy/dx= y.2sec^2x.tanx

=>e^sec^2x. 2 sec^2x.tanx

Now solve for 3 cos^-1 x normally then add both results
